Private individual pastoral counseling is one-on-one interaction focused on identifying, understanding, and releasing faulty thoughts and feelings that limit fulfillment and contribute to dysfunctional behavior.

Initial two-hour consultation, followed by regularly scheduled hour (50 minute) sessions.

Inner Child therapy is an integrated psychotherapy process that uncovers and heals negative repressed emotions and self-destructive thoughts that have been held in the subconscious.  Repressed emotions and thoughts are developed in dysfunctional and stressful childhood life situations, usually resulting in adult issues of anger outbursts, addiction, co-dependency, control, attachment, and unhealthy boundaries.  Together, we work with your Inner Child to discover and understand those negative thoughts and emotions.  You also discover and understand those blocks created and held by the Adult part of you.  The last part of this process involves creating harmony between your Inner Child and Adult selves.  This therapy results in better understanding of Self, immediate peace of mind, an increased sense of joy, greater creative productivity, and sharper life clarity. 

Inner Child therapy includes a total of four sessions:  Session One, Two and Three are three hours; Session Four is two hours. 

Follow up Inner Child Skim session, one two-hour session.
