East of Eden Wellness Services is dedicated to helping individuals realize a sense of purpose, fulfillment, abundance, happiness and harmony in their lives.

Rev. Elizabeth Hood, PhD, RhD, founder of East of Eden Wellness Services, LLC and Rise Above^TM Workshops, specializes in individual adult counseling for “dis-ease” arising from issues and stress associated with life events like divorce/separation, relationship and personal dysfunction, career, illness, and loss. Life issues such as these contribute to a sense of unhappiness, purposelessness, low self-worth, depression, or anxiety and often result in self-sabotaging behavior like isolation, addiction, perfectionism, food disorders, need to control, and codependence. At East of Eden Wellness Services, we understand the importance of spirituality and spiritual ideals in achieving emotional and physical health. In addition to individual counseling, East of Eden offers transpersonal psychotherapy programs like RoHun and Inner Child as well as holistic energy healing modalities using hands, color and sound.
